摘要
双向转诊制度是深化医改,破解"看病难、看病贵"问题的关键点。县域医务人员作为双向转诊制度的直接参与者,其意愿直接影响着双向转诊制度的落实情况。作者采用定量分析的方法,以医疗服务的供给侧入手探究阻碍医务人员推进双向转诊制度实施的影响因素,以期为继续深化医疗体制改革的顶层设计以及推动双向转诊制度的良好运行提供可行的政策性建议。
The two-way referral system is the key to deepening medical reform and solving the problem of‘difficult and expensive medical treatment’.As the direct participants in the two-way referral system,county medical staff directly affect the implementation of the two-way referral system.This study uses a quantitative analysis method to explore the factors that hinder the implementation of the two-way referral system for medical staff from the supply side of medical services,in order to provide a top-level design for my country to continue to deepen the reform of the medical system and to promote the sound operation of the two-way referral system.Feasible policy recommendations.
