摘要
汉十铁路崔家营汉江特大桥采用(135+2×300+135)m连续刚构-拱组合体系,其跨度达到该种结构形式的极限,0#块长25叫高16.5 m,混凝土浇筑方量3897 m^(3),也达到了同类桥梁之最。对采用C60高性能混凝土的超高、超长、超重0#块施工关键技术展开研究,借助临时预应力辅助设计,托架预压技术以及优化混凝土配合比等措施来解决0#块临时结构设计、托架预压以及大体积混凝土质量控制等问题,最终在确保施工质量和安全的前提下,使得施工周期缩短至与常规跨度0#块相同,实现了最初制定的工期目标。
The(135+2×300+135)m continuous rigid frame arch composite system is adopted for the Hanjiang grand bridge of Cuijiaying on Wuhan-Shiyan High-speed Railway.Its span reaches the limit of this kind of structure.The 0# block is 25 m long,16.5 m high,and the concrete pouring volume is 3897 m^(3),which also reaches the highest of the same kind of bridges.In this paper,the key technologies of ultra high,ultra long and super heavy 0#block construction of C60 high performance concrete are studied.With the help of temporary prestressed auxiliary design,bracket preloading technology and optimization of concrete mix ratio,the problems of 0# block temporary structure design,bracket preloading and mass concrete quality control are solved.Finally,on the premise of ensuring construction quality and safety,the construction period is shortened the same to the conventional 0# block,thus achieving the initial target of construction period.
