摘要
结合金台铁路台州客车技术整备所工程设计实例,其作为普速客车的整备基地,随着动力集中型动车组和动力分散型动车组的引入,针对客整所需兼顾普速客车、动力集中型动车组(CR200J)及动力分散型动车组(CRH6F)三种车型运用维修工艺方案进行研究,提出了一种新的设计思路。根据新增运维工作量,统筹分析客整所用地条件、平面布局、运维需求,对其进行适应性改造。通过增加股道电化挂网、局部增加中层作业平台、配备不落轮镟设备和动车组轮对更换设备、增加动车组检查库及轮对动态检测棚等措施,整合客车整备资源,实现资源共享,满足了三种车型的日常整备需要,保障了行车安全,满足旅客日益增长的出行品质需求。
This paper combined the engineering design example of Taizhou passenger car servicing depot of Jinhua-Taizhou Railway,which was the servicing base of general speed passenger train.With the introduction of power-concentrated EMU and power-distributed EMU,the operation and maintenance process scheme of passenger car servicing depot was studied in this paper,including general speed train,power concentrated EMU(CR200J)and power distributed EMU(CRH6F).A new design idea was put forward.According to the new workload of maintenance,the land use conditions,plane layout and maintenance requirements of the depot were analyzed as a whole,and the adaptive transformation was carried out.By adding overhead line system,locally adding middle level operating platform,equipping with underfloor wheel lathe and EMU wheelset replacement equipment,adding EMU inspection workshop and wheelset dynamic detection shed,train maintenance resources were integrated to realize resource sharing,which met the daily maintenance needs of the three train models.And the driving safety was guaranteed,the increasing travel quality demands of passengers were achieved.
