摘要
考虑到航空发动机外部零部件错(漏)装情况,设计一种基于机器视觉的航空发动机外部零部件错(漏)装自动检测方法。使用高清摄像头采集航空发动机外部图像,将采集到的图像进行预处理后与模板图像进行配准、做差处理;对做差得到的图像进行图像分割及差异区域筛选;通过计算差异区域间的图像纹理特征相似度,得到外部零部件错(漏)装位置。经实验证明,设计的自动检测方法能够有效检测出零部件错(漏)装情况,准确率达到了100%。
Considering the wrong(missing)assembly of external parts of aero engine,an automatic detection method based on machine visionis designed for the wrong(missing)assembly of the external parts of aero engine.First,high definition camera is used to capture the external image of the aero engine,and the collected image is aligned with the sample image and the difference processing is done.Then the image obtained by the difference is segmented,and the difference regions are screened for the images obtained from the difference.Finally,the defect location of external parts can be obtained by calculating the similarity of image texture features between different regions.The experimental results show that the designed automatic detection method can effectively detect the wrong(missing)assembly of parts,and the accuracy rate reaches 100%.
