摘要
主要通过研究乳品瓶盖在激光打码后包装材料的合规性变化,并对激光打码前后瓶盖材料中的有害物质进行筛查和定量分析,从而实现对潜在风险相对较高的项目进行测试和风险评估,结果表明:潜在风险性物质抗氧化剂1076和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(Dioc⁃tyl Phthalate,DEHP)在4%乙酸和50%乙醇中的特定迁移量分别小于1 mg/kg和1.5 mg/kg,均低于国标要求,不会对酸奶和鲜奶内容物带来食品安全风险,因此激光打码后的盒盖安全风险较低,可以用于酸奶和鲜奶的包装上。
This paper mainly studies the compliance changes of packaging materials of milk bottle caps after laser coding,and conducts screen⁃ing and quantitative analysis of harmful substances in the bottle caps before and after laser coding,so as to carry out testing and risk assessment for projects with relatively high potential risks.The results show that:Potential risk of material of antioxidant 1076 and Phthalate esters(Dioc⁃tyl Phthalate,DEHP)in particular traffics in the 4%acetic acid and 50%ethanol were less than 1 mg/kg and 1.5 mg/kg,lower than the na⁃tional standard requirements,will not bring food to yogurt and milk content security risks,so the laser code after lifted the lid of the safety risk is low,can be used in yogurt and milk on the package.
