摘要
面向高速铁路基础设施外观状态高效、智能、综合的巡检需求,研制了高速铁路综合巡检车。介绍高速铁路综合巡检车总体架构,阐述综合巡检系统研制中涉及的高速动态成像、巡检数据图像智能分析、巡检数据综合管理和综合展示等子系统的设计原理,以及高速铁路综合巡检车在大西高铁开展试验验证的情况。应用成果表明,高速综合巡检车可高效巡检发现线路典型缺陷,大幅提升铁路巡检作业效率,较好地满足了铁路固定设施工电供综合巡检需求。
To meet the requirements of efficient,intelligent,and comprehensive patrol inspection on the appearance of HSR infrastructure,a comprehensive patrol inspection vehicle for high speed railway has been developed.This thesis introduces the overall structure of this vehicle,expounds on the design principles of some subsystems,involved in the development of the overall system,such as high speed dynamic imaging,intelligent analysis of patrol inspection data image,comprehensive management and display of patrol inspection data,and also illustrates the testing and verification of this vehicle carried out on Datong-Xi'an HSR.The application results show that this vehicle can perform patrol inspection and discover typical track defects in an effective manner,thus greatly improving the inspecting efficiency and satisfying the requirements of comprehensive patrol inspection on railway infrastructure involved in track maintenance,communication and signaling,and power supply.
