摘要
随着凡口铅锌矿逐渐进入深井开采阶段,其现有通风系统也随之面临更大的压力,对深部通风系统进行优化已成为当前通风管理的重点工作。利用VentNetLab通风模拟软件建立了凡口铅锌矿深部通风系统的三维仿真模型,对深部通风系统进行模拟及通风网络解算,深部通风系统主要存在通风阻力过大、循环风严重、深部进风不足及风流调控不合理等4方面的问题。针对上述问题,提出从新增进风措施井、优化深部盘区通风构筑物、挖掘深部盘区进风潜力及增设辅扇等4个方面对深部通风系统进行改造,以期改善凡口铅锌矿深部盘区通风系统现状,并提高深部盘区的安全生产能力。
As Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine has gradually entered the stage of deep mining,its existing ventilation system is also facing greater pressure.The optimization of deep ventilation system has become the focus of the current ventilation management.A three-dimensional simulation model of deep ventilation system is established by using VentNetLab ventilation simulation software to simulate the deep ventilation system and calculate the ventilation network.There are four main problems in the deep ventilation system of Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine,such as excessive ventilation resistance,serious circulating air,insufficient deep air intake and unreasonable air flow control.In view of the above problems,it is proposed to renovate the deep ventilation system from four aspects:adding air intake measures shaft,optimizing ventilation structure in deep panel,tapping air intake potential in deep panel and adding auxiliary fan,in order to improve the current situation of ventilation system in deep panel and increase the safety production capacity of deep panel of Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine.
