结果C组与B组DAP和ESD显著低于A组(P均<0.05);B组VGAS显著低于C组和A组(P均<0.05);而C组肺野面积显著大于B组和A组(P均<0.05)。
Objective To observe the impact of photographic positions on radiation dose and imaging quality of chest digital radiography(DR)of 3-4 years old children. Methods Totally 120 children aged 3-4 years who underwent chest DR were included. The children were equally divided into supine anterior-posterior position(APP)group(group A),standing APP group(group B)and standing posterior-anterior position(PAP)group(group C),respectively(each n=40).The dose area product(DAP)and entrance surface dose(ESD)were recorded, and the imaging qualities were evaluated using visual grading analysis score(VGAS).Results DAP and ESD in group C and B were significantly lower than those in group A(all P<0.05).Meanwhile,VGAS in group B was significantly lower than that in group A and C(both P<0.05),whereas the area of pulmonary field in group C was significantly larger than that in group B and A(both P<0.05).Conclusion Photographic positions had curtain impact on radiation dose and imaging quality of chest DR of 3-4 years old children.Standing PAP should be the first choice, then supine APP,and the last standing APP.
