摘要
目的:研究不同生长年限北细辛产量和质量差异,为北细辛采收及质量评价提供参考依据。方法:测定不同生长年限(4/5/6/7年生)北细辛产量,采用HPLC法和GC-MS法测定5年生、6年生和7年生北细辛根中马兜铃酸Ⅰ、细辛脂素含量,挥发油及其组分的含量。结果:北细辛产量和挥发油含量均随着生长年限的增长而增加,挥发油含量均符合2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《中国药典》)规定;共鉴定了58种挥发油组分。5年生和6年生北细辛药材马兜铃酸Ⅰ含量差异无统计学意义且均符合2015年版《中国药典》规定,7年生北细辛药材马兜铃酸Ⅰ含量超过了2015年版《中国药典》规定。5年生、6年生和7年生北细辛药材中细辛脂素含量均符合2015年版《中国药典》规定。结论:在30℃干燥条件下,从药材产量和质量来看,7年生北细辛应禁止用药,5年生和6年生北细辛均可用药,6年生较佳。
Objective:To study the difference of yield and quality factors of different years Asarum heterotropoldes Fr.Schmidt var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag.(A.heterotropoldes),and provide reference for the harvest and quality evaluation of A.heterotropoldes.Methods:The yield of A.heterotropoides in different years(4/5/6/7)was determined,and the aristolochicⅠ,asarinin and volatile oil in 5-years,6-years and 7-years of A.heterotropoides were measured by the methods of HPLC and GC-MS.Results:The yield and the content of essential oil increased with the growth years,and the content of essential oil was in line with the provisions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.And the total of 58 components were identified.The 5-year and 6-year of A.heterotropoides aristolochic acidⅠcontent have no difference,they all accords with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The 7-years A.heterotropoides aristolochic acidⅠcontent are inconformity to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The asarinin content of the three A.heterotropoides accords with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:In terms of the quality of medicinal materials,7-years old A.heterotropoides should be forbidden to use,and both 5-years old and 6-years old A.heterotropoides can be used,6-years A.heterotropoides is better.
