摘要
为了改善聚丙烯性能,提高材料结构稳定性,本研究选取3种不同产品作为试样,利用偏光显微镜等仪器对其性能进行测试。测试结果显示,纤维专用茂金属聚丙烯试样优势最为显著,主要体现在结构稳定性、立构缺陷种类、等规指数、纺丝稳定性等多个方面,满足材料性能改善要求。
In order to improve the properties of polypropylene and the stability of the material structure,this study selected three different products as samples,and tested their performance with tools such as a polarizing microscope.The test results show that the fiber-specific metallocene polypropylene sample has the most significant advantages,which are mainly reflected in the structural stability,stereo defect types,isotactic index,spinning stability and other aspects,which meet the requirements of material performance improvement.
