摘要 客户关系管理课程是工商管理类学科的重点课程,包括理论、系统、实践三个方面,单一的授课方式不能满足本学科的授课要求。客户关系管理课程的混合式教学改革势在必行。本研究从混合式教学模式的特点出发,探讨了当前本科生教学中客户关系管理课程的分析及现状。总结出目前客户关系管理课程教学中可能存在的问题,提出了本课程混合式教学改革的策略。 Customer relationship management is a key course of business administration, including theory, system and practice. A single teaching method cannot meet the teaching requirements of this subject. The hybrid teaching reform of customer relationship management course is imperative. Based on the characteristics of hybrid teaching mode this paper discusses the analysis and current situation of customer relationship management course in undergraduate teaching. The problems that may exist in the teaching of customer relationship management course, and put forward the strategy of curriculum reform.
