摘要
稻虾共作是将水稻种植与水产养殖有机结合的复合耕作模式,近几年在安徽省发展迅速。本文基于面积扩增、综合效益和主要代表模式等情况对安徽省稻虾共作模式发展现状进行了阐述,明确指出模式发展过程中存在的基础理论研究不足、配套技术体系不健全、产业发展水平低和"重虾轻稻"等问题。通过SWOT分析法对安徽省发展稻虾共作模式的内部条件和外部环境进行了分析,从而进一步提出发展对策:深入开展理论研究,打造稻虾技术体系;积极引导规模发展,优化升级产业结构;坚持水稻主体地位,推动稻虾良种繁育。最后对稻虾共作模式发展前景进行了展望,以期为推动安徽省乃至全国稻虾共作模式及其全产业链的发展提供借鉴。
Integrated rice-crayfish farming system is a complex farming mode which combines rice cultivation and aquaculture organically,and has developed rapidly in Anhui Province in recent years.In this paper,based on the area expansion,comprehensive benefits and main representative models,the development status of integrated rice-crayfish farming system in Anhui Province was elaborated,and the problems in the development process of the model,such as insufficient basic theoretical research,imperfect supporting technology system,low level of industrial development and“emphasize crayfish but neglect rice”were pointed out.Through SWOT analysis,the author analyzes the internal conditions and external environment of developing integrated rice-crayfish farming system in Anhui Province,and further puts forward the corresponding solutions:carry out theoretical research in depth to build the rice-crayfish technical system;actively guide the scale development,optimize and upgrade the industrial structure;adhere to the dominant position of rice to promote the breeding of rice and crayfish.Finally,the development prospect of integrated rice-crayfish farming system was envisioned,in order to promote the development of integrated rice-crayfish farming system and its whole industry chain in Anhui Province and even the whole country.
