摘要
为合理利用废旧沥青路面材料(RAP),研究了不同使用年限、沥青型号的RAP及掺量对乳化沥青冷再生混合料路用性能影响规律。结果表明:使用年限和沥青型号对乳化沥青冷再生混合料力学强度和水稳定性影响微小,使用年限较沥青型号对冷再生混合料高温性能影响明显,使用年限从3年增加至7年时,冷再生混合料动稳定度约降低了19.8%;RAP掺量对冷再生混合料力学强度和高温性能影响较大,RAP掺量≤90%时,RAP掺量增加10%,混合料劈裂强度约降低9.2%,动稳定度提高8.6%以上。建议RAP掺量为70%。
In order to make rational use of waste asphalt pavement materials(RAP),the influence of different service life,asphalt type RAP and content on the road performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture was studied.The results show that the service life and asphalt model have little effect on the mechanical strength and water stability of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture.The service life has a significant impact on the high temperature performance of the cold recycled mixture than the asphalt model.As the service life increases from 3 to 7 years,the dynamic stability of the cold recycled mixture is reduced by about 19.8%;the RAP content has a greater impact on the mechanical strength and high temperature performance of the cold recycled mixture.When the RAP content is≤90%,the RAP content increases by 10%,the split strength of the mixture is reduced by about 9.2%,and the dynamic stability is improved by more than 8.6%.The recommended dosage of RAP is 70%.
