摘要
习近平国家治理话语体系源于十八大以来党对社会主义发展特点和规律的深刻总结,是为应对国内外发展环境复杂性、不确定性及国内经济转型的特殊局面,由习近平提出的、有关国家治理的一系列新观点、新理念、新论断的总称,这一思想是新时期以习近平同志为代表的中国共产党人对如何有效进行国家治理问题的全面深刻阐述。习近平国家治理话语体系以马克思主义经典理论作为理论基础,直接汲取了毛泽东思想和邓小平理论等我党治国理政思想精华,因此,以新时代为背景,阐述习近平国家治理话语体系的主要内容,探究习近平国家治理话语体系的重大意义,有助于进一步完善和提升我国国家治理体系与治理能力现代化。
The discourse system of Xi Jinping on national governance stems from the profound summary of the development of socialism within the Party since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is a general term for a series of new viewpoints,new ideas,and new judgements of national governance proposed by Xi Jinping,in order to deal with the special situation of domestic and foreign development environment complexity,uncertainty,and domestic economic transforma⁃tion.This idea is a profound exposition of the issue of how to conduct effective state governance by the Chinese Communists represented by Xi Jinping in the new era.Xi Jinping's national governance discourse system,based on Marx's classical theory,has directly absorbed the essence of Mao Zedong's thought and Deng Xiaoping's theory.This paper takes the background of the new era as the breakthrough point,expounds the main contents of Xi Jinping's discourse system of national governance,and explores the great significance of Xi Jinping's national governance discourse system at home and abroad,and helps to fur⁃ther improve the modernization of China's national governance system and governance capability.
