摘要 韩江高陂水利枢纽有效提高韩江下游及三角洲地区的供水保证程度,2020年底韩江潮州段进入首批全国示范河湖建设,对韩江水生态提出了更高要求。基于生态优先进行兴利调度,以潮安站为生态控制断面,分析探讨了韩江高陂水利枢纽对保障河道生态流量的作用以及水生态安全的约束条件、潜在风险和压力,提出了加强水资源管理、优化枯水期水量调度是保障河道生态安全的关键。 The construction of Hanjiang-Gaopei water control project can effectively improve the water supply guarantee degree in the downstream and delta area of Hanjiang River.By the end of 2020,Chaozhou reach of Hanjiang River will enter the first batch of national demonstration river and lake construction,which puts forward higher requirements for the water ecology of Hanjiang River.Taking Chaoan station as the ecological control section,this paper analyzes the effect of Hanjiang-Gaopei water control project on ensuring the ecological flow of the river,discusses the constraints,potential risks and pressures of water ecological security,then puts forward that strengthening water resources management and optimizing water scheduling in low water season are the key to ensuring the ecological security of Haijiang river.
