涡流空化协同臭氧氧化污泥减量实验研究

Experimental Study on Sludge Reduction by Vortex Cavitation Combined with Ozone Oxidation

摘要 以城镇污水处理厂二沉池剩余污泥为处理对象,采用涡流空化协同臭氧氧化污泥减量的工艺,探究了两者协同作用下污泥的减量效果、碳源释放效果以及氮磷元素的溶出量。结果表明:当臭氧投加量为15 mgO_(3)/gSS时,MLSS从3500 mg/L下降至1140 mg/L,去除率达67.4%。MLVSS从1130 mg/L下降至210 mg/L,去除率达81%。污泥上清液中SCOD从51 mg/L增加至358 mg/L,是初始浓度的7.02倍,DDCOD达到13.59%。B/C从0.17增加至0.3,可生化性得到显著改善。TN从2.86 mg/L增加至33.33 mg/L,是初始浓度的11.65倍。TP从5.1 mg/L增加至13.08 mg/L。 The excess sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank of urban sewage treatment plant was treated by vortex cavitation and ozone oxidation sludge reduction process. The effects of sludge reduction, carbon source release and nitrogen and phosphorus dissolution under synergistic effects were studied. The results showed that the MLSS decreased from 3 500 mg/L to 1 140 mg/L and the removal rate reached 67.4% when the ozone dosage was 15 mgO_(3)/gSS. MLVSS decreased from 1 130 mg/L to 210 mg/L, and the removal rate was 81%. The SCOD in the sludge supernatant increased from 51 mg/L to 358 mg/L, which was 7.02 times the initial concentration, and DDCOD reached 13.59%. B/C increased from 0.17 to 0.3, and biodegradability was significantly improved. TN increased from 2.86 mg/L to 33.33 mg/L, which was 11.65 times the initial concentration. TP increased from 5.1 mg/L to 13.08 mg/L.
