摘要 海岸带生态安全是目前多学科交叉研究的重点领域。粤港澳大湾区海岸带存在海陆缺乏统筹、开发利用粗放和生态系统功能结构衰退等诸多生态安全问题,基于已有的海岸带生态安全框架体系,通过梳理海岸带生态安全的影响因素,将海岸带生态安全归结为生态隐患与生态响应两个部分,同时考虑了自然与人类活动的交互胁迫作用,重构海岸带生态安全逻辑框架,分析了生态安全影响因素的类别、来源与特征,基于重构的逻辑框架以及粤港澳大湾区海岸带开发利用的基本现状和面临问题,提出湾区(宏观)、城市(中观)和乡镇(微观)多尺度结合的海岸带生态安全策略,以期为粤港澳大湾区海岸带空间规划与综合管理提供科学指导。 Coastal ecological security is a key field of interdisciplinary research at present.There are plenty of ecological security problems in the coastal zone of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,such as the insufficient coordination between land and sea,the extensive development and utilization,and the decline of ecosystem structure and function.Based on the existed coastal zone ecological security framework,this paper clarifies the influencing factors of coastal zone ecological security,and divides the influencing factors of coastal zone ecological security into two parts:ecological hidden danger and ecological security response.Considering the interactive stress of nature and human activities,this paper rebuilds the logical framework of coastal ecological security and then analyses the categories,sources and characteristics of factors of influencing ecological security.Based on this logical framework and the current situation and problems of coastal zone development in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper proposes a multi-scale ecological security strategy combining bay area(macro-scale),city(meso-scale)and town(micro-scale),in order to provide scientific guidance for the spatial planning and integrated management of the coastal zone in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
