摘要
针对海洋石油海上设施在补给淡水或者柴油过程中,发生补给软管绞入补给拖船尾部螺旋桨位置时被绞断的问题,分析补给软管浮力设计、材料选择、安装设计等技术环节,对现有补给软管和操作程序进行改进,降低补给作业风险。
In the process of replenishing fresh water or diesel oil for offshore oil facilities,when the supply hose is twisted into the propeller position at the tail of the supply tug,the hose is always broken.The buoyancy design,material selection,installation design and other technologies of the replenishment hose were analyzed,and the existing replenishment hose and operation procedure were improved to reduce the risk of replenishment operation.
