摘要
针对斯特林机密封部件用PTFE复合材料,测定BELDAM CROSSLEY公司生产的Crossflon LR、Crossflon 1403、Crossflon705三种材料在低载高速条件和高载低速2种工况下的摩擦磨损性能,试验分析发现Crossflon LR、Crossflon705两种PTFE材料的高温耐磨性有待进一步提高,润滑性能不能满足要求;而Crossflon 1403的摩擦系数相对其他2种材料更低,具有更佳的耐磨性能。
The friction and wear properties of PTFE composite material used for Stirling confidential sealing parts,including Crossflon LR,Crossflon 1403 and Crossflon705 produced by BELDAM CROSSLEY were studied experimentally.The testing data showed that the wear resistance at high temperature of Crossflon LR and Crossflon705 needs to be further improved,and their lubrication performance cannot meet the requirements,while the friction coefficient of Crossflon 1403 is lower than that of the other two materials,and it has better wear resistance.
