摘要
目的:分析《中医方剂大辞典》治疗半身不遂的用药规律。方法:收集《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗半身不遂疾病的有效内服方剂,通过古今医案云平台对处方数据中药使用频数、中药配伍、四气五味、药物归经、药物关联、药物药效、药物聚类进行分析。结果:收集得到109首有效方剂,涉及药味224味,使用药物频数较高(频数≥40)的中药有当归、防风、麻黄、川芎,种类以解表药和补虚药为主。使用中药配伍组合频数前三位的为:麻黄-防风、当归-防风、川芎-防风;药物四气中以温性药物使用频率最高,五味中以辛味药物居多。归经使用频率最高的为足太阴脾经,其次为足厥阴肝经。二阶关联组合频数支持度以“麻黄-防风”最高。药物药效以祛风止痛和祛风除湿为主。药物聚类分析得到5类药物组合。结论:《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗半身不遂多从脾、肝着手,组方以祛风除湿止痛、补益肝肾气血治法为基础。
Objective:To analyze the rules of medication in the treatment of hemiplegia in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary.Methods:This study collected the effective oral prescriptions for the treatment of hemiplegia in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary,and used the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform to analyze the prescription data of Chinese medicine use frequency,Chinese medicine compatibility,four scents and five flavors,the association rules among drugs,the efficacy of the medicine,and the clustering of the medicine.Results:A total of 109 effective prescriptions were collected,involving 224 flavors.The traditional Chinese medicines with higher frequency of use(frequency≥40)were:Danggui(Chinese angelica),Fangfeng(Saposhnikovia),Mahuang(Ephedra),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),and drugs for relieving exterior syndrome and deficiency-nourishing were the most common.The top three frequency of using Chinese medicine compatibility combinations are:Mahuang-Fangfeng,Danggui-Fangfeng,Chuanxiong-Fangfeng;among the four drugs,warm drugs are used most frequently,and most of the five flavors are pungent drugs.The most frequently used meridian tropism is foot greater yin spleen channel,followed by foot reverting yin liver channel.The second-order association combination frequency support is highest in"Mahuang-Fangfeng".The efficacy of the drug is mainly to dispel wind and relieve pain and dispel wind and dampness.The cluster analysis of drugs obtained 5 types of drug combinations.Conclusion:The treatment of hemiplegia in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary mostly starts with the spleen and liver.The prescription is based on the treatment of dispelling wind,removing dampness,relieving pain,and replenishing liver and kidney qi and blood.
