摘要
大数据产业发展是推动经济增长、调整国家经济结构和市场商业模式的新动力,探究大数据产业高水平发展的影响因素及多元路径有助于推动大数据产业规模化高质量发展。在大数据时代背景下,立足中国大数据产业发展现状,以TOE框架为理论分析模型,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA)从组态视角分析中国31个省(市、自治区)大数据产业发展的多重影响因素与驱动机制。研究结果表明:大数据产业高水平发展是多种因素共同作用的结果,其中大数据发展水平和财政资源供给是核心影响条件;同时,研究基于模糊集的结果概念化出四种大数据产业高水平发展的提升路径,即财政资源支持下的大数据发展水平驱动型、财政资源支持下依托组织规模与技术设施驱动型、财政资源支持下依托经济发展、技术创新和组织规模驱动型以及技术-组织-环境联合驱动型。
The development of the big data industry is a new impetus to promote economic growth,adjust the national economic structure and market business models.Exploring the factors and multiple paths of the high-level development of the big data industry will help promote the large-scale and high-quality development of the big data industry.In the era of big data,the article,based on the development status of China's big data industry,takes the TOE framework as the theoretical analysis model,and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA)to analyze the multiple influencing factors and driving mechanisms of big data industry development of 31 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)in China from the perspective of configuration.The results show that the high-level development of the big data industry is the consequence of a combination of multiple factors.Among them,the development level of big data and the supply of financial resources are the core conditions.At the same time,the research has evolved four promotion paths for the high-level development of the big data industry based on the results of fuzzy sets,including the development level-driven type of big data supported by financial resources,the type driven by organizational scale and technical facilities supported by financial resources,the type driven by economic development,technological innovation and organizational scale supported by financial resources and the type driven by technology-organization-environment alliance.
