摘要
为解决生产车间重型构件吊运难题,以长兴分公司锌锅吊运项目为例,创新性地设计多行车非对称平衡载荷吊装技术锌锅的技术方案,并通过工艺强度计算软件校核了该方案的施工可行性。该方案可解决锌锅吊运问题,为车间设备起吊重型设备提供新的思路,可供类似案例借鉴和参考。
In order to solve the hoisting problem of heavy components in workshop,taking the zinc pot hoisting project of Changxing Branch as an example,the technical scheme of multi-crane asymmetric balanced load hoisting technology of zinc pot is innovatively designed,and feasibility of the scheme is checked by the process strength calculation software.This scheme can solve the problem of zinc pot hoisting and provide new ideas for heavy equipment hoisting in workshop,which can be used as a reference for similar cases.
