摘要
根据起重机主要机构特点设计了综合考虑设备状态、应力检测、振动温度检测、智能润滑、自动消防、钢丝绳自检功能等因素的起重机状态监测与健康管理系统,阐述了系统设计及实施方案。应用情况表明,该系统可高效且安全地获得监测对象的健康状况及运行状态信息。
According to the characteristics of the main mechanism of the crane,a condition monitoring and health management system of the crane is designed,which takes the functions of equipment state,stress detection,vibration temperature detection,intelligent lubrication,automatic fire protection,wire rope self-inspection and other factors into consideration.The design and implementation of the system are described.The application shows that the health status and operation status information of the monitored object can be obtained efficiently and safely by the system.
