摘要
借鉴顾客满意度指数分析框架,构建“三权分置”下农地经营权抵押价值评估的农户满意度模型,利用宁夏平罗和陕西高陵两地参与农地抵押贷款的农户调研数据,运用偏最小二乘结构方程模型进行检验。研究表明,评估主体和质量感知两个前因变量显著正向影响农户满意度,评估价值公允性为影响效应最大的质量因子;农户满意度显著正向影响其后向结果农户忠诚度;评估主体显著正向调节质量感知与农户满意度的关系。因此,通过建立科学的农地价值评估机制、全面的农地抵押贷款服务体系等措施可提高农户满意度。
Referring to the analysis framework of customer satisfaction index,a farmer satisfaction model for assessing the mortgage value of farmland management right under the"Three Rights Separation"was constructed.The survey data of farmers participating in farmland mortgage loan in Pingluo of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Gaoling of Shaanxi Province were used for testing.The results showed that the evaluation subject and quality perception had significant positive influence on the satisfaction of farmers,and the fairness of evaluation was the quality factor with the largest influence effect.Farmers'satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the loyalty of subsequent results;the evaluation subject had a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between quality perception and farmer satisfaction.Therefore,the satisfaction of farmers should be improved by some measures,such as establishing a scientific farmland value evaluation mechanism and constructing a comprehensive farmland mortgage service system.
