摘要
气动系统负责控制压力机平衡缸、拉伸垫、离合器与制动器等,其系统设计是压力机设备整体设计的重要环节,决定着压力机冲压过程质量。因此,为压力平衡缸设计了一套启动增压系统,并对如何进行气路优化进行阐释,以更好地维持滑块与模具的质量平衡,提高平衡缸使用性能。
The pneumatic system is responsible for controlling the balance cylinder,stretching pad,clutch and brake of the press,and its system design is an important part of the overall design of the press equipment,which determines the quality of the press stamping process.This paper designs a set of start-up pressurization system for the pressure balance cylinder,and explains how to optimize the gas path,so as to better maintain the weight balance between the slider and the die,and improve the performance of the balance cylinder.
