摘要
综述了心肌做功(myocardial work,MW)参数在无创评估冠心病、心力衰竭、高血压、心肌病等疾病患者左室收缩功能中的临床研究进展,分析了目前MW参数在评估左室收缩功能方面的局限性,并对其未来发展提出展望。指出了MW参数为评估左室收缩功能提供了重要的参考依据,具有较广阔的临床应用前景。
The clinical progress of myocardial work(MW)parameters in the non-invasive assessment of left ventricular systolic function in patients with coronary artery disease,heart failure,hypertension and cardiomyopathy was reviewed.The limitations of current MW parameters in assessing left ventricular systolic function were analyzed,and the future development of MW parameters was proposed.It was pointed out that MW parameters provided references for assessing left ventricular systolic function and had a broad clinical application prospect.
