摘要
为探讨碳纤维腹板固定技术在直肠癌放疗中对摆位误差的影响及治疗期间癌痛程度的发生情况,将48例直肠癌放疗患者,按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各24例。观察组采用碳纤维腹板固定技术,对照组采用热塑膜体位固定技术。对比分析2组患者在X、Y、Z轴3个方向的摆位误差数据及癌痛程度。结果显示,观察组在不同方向的摆位误差为Y轴(1.07±1.21)mm、Z轴(1.08±1.61)mm、X轴(2.36±1.42)mm;对照组为Y轴(2.06±1.08)mm、Z轴(3.10±1.17)mm、X轴(2.13±1.59)mm。观察组在Y轴、Z轴误差与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在X轴位误差比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组疼痛评分为(3.23±1.94)分,对照组为(3.27±1.72)分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,碳纤维腹板固定技术用于直肠癌放射治疗中,能够减少不同方向的摆位偏差,固定效果优于热塑体膜,能有效提高放射治疗的临床疗效,具有更高的临床应用价值。
This study was to investigate the influence of carbon-fibre abdomen-board fixation skill applied in radiotherapy for rectal cancer on localization error,and patients’pain intensity stiuation during treatment,randomly divided 48 rectal cancer patients receiving radiotherapy into observation group(24 cases,adopted carbon-fibre abdomen-board fixation)and control group(24 cases,thermoplastic membrane posure fixation);then compared and analysed both groups’patients’localization error data in three directions of X,Y and Z axis,and pain intensity.As results,in observation group the localization error was respectively(1.07±1.21)mm in Y axis,(1.08±1.61)mm in Z axis,and(2.36±1.42)mm in X axis,while,in control group,appropriately(2.06±1.08)mm,(3.10±1.17)mm,and(2.13±1.59)mm,the errors in Y and Z axis had statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but in X axis no one(P>0.05);in the score ratings on pain there was no statistical difference[(3.23±1.92)points vs(3.27±1.72)points,P>0.05].Results show that carbon-fibre abdomen-board fixation skill applied in radiotherapy of rectal cancer patients can reduce localization errors at different directions,its efficacy is superior to thermoplastic membrane,with effectively enhancing clinical effect of radiotherapy,thus,has more higher clinical application value.
