摘要
天气现象视频智能观测仪是一种依托计算机视觉技术和深度学习技术,对视频采集器拍摄的天气现象实现自动观测识别的仪器设备。目前,该仪器在我国大部分地区尚处于试运行阶段。分析天气现象视频智能观测仪的原理及技术要求,供同行参考。
The weather phenomenon video intelligent observation instrument is a kind of equipment which can automatically observe and recognize the weather phenomenon captured by video collector based on computer vision and deep learning technology.At present,the instrument is still in trial operation in most areas of China.This paper mainly explores the principle and technical requirements of weather phenomenon video intelligent observation instrument for reference.
