高频变压器引脚的腐蚀原因

摘要 通过现场腐蚀产物的能谱分析,0.2%(质量分数)H2SO4酸雾和5%(质量分数)NaCl盐雾试验对售后高频变压器的腐蚀失效原因进行了研究。结果表明:高频变压器的腐蚀引脚上存在明显的S元素,在潮湿、酸性及盐雾环境中引脚腐蚀较为严重;引脚镀层破损时,内部铁基体腐蚀明显,漆包线与焊锡交界处也极易诱发腐蚀;采用磷青铜为引脚材料、对外露漆包线部分涂覆清漆作保护层可以有效提高引脚的耐腐蚀性能。 The reasons for corrosion failure of after-sale high frequency transformers were studied through energy spectrum analysis of corrosion products in field,0.2%(mass fraction)H2SO4 acid spraying test and 5%(mass fraction)NaCl salt spraying test.The results show that there was obvious sulfur element in corroded pins of high frequency transformers,and the corrosion of pins was more serious in wet,acid and salt spray environments.The iron substrate of pins with damaged coating corroded seriously,and corrosion was induced easily on the border of enamelled wire and solder.Using phosphor bronze as pin material and coating exposed enamelled wires with varnish water as protection layer could improve the corrosion resistance of pins effectively.
