摘要
测定氨基酸的含量对于动物营养、生理、蛋白质代谢及低蛋白日粮的研究具有非常重要的意义。近红外光谱分析技术具有分析速度快、操作简单、无损分析、效率高和无污染等优点,在饲料检测中得到广泛关注。文章介绍近红外光谱分析技术的原理、优缺点,近红外光谱技术在饲料氨基酸检测上的研究进展及影响其检测准确性的因素,旨在为氨基酸的准确、快速测定提供参考。
The determination of amino acid is of great significance in animal feeding,nutrition physiology,protein metabolism and research on low protein diets.NIRS has been paid attention to in feed detection due to its advantages such as fast analysis speed,simple operation,nondestructive analysis,high efficiency and non-pollution.The paper introduces the principle,advantages,disadvantages and the research progress of NIRS in the determination of amino acids of feed and the factors affecting the accuracy of NIRS to provide reference for accurate and rapid determination of amino acids.
