摘要
桑叶含有丰富的营养成分和黄酮、生物碱、多糖等多种天然活性成分。应用到动物生产中,桑叶可以提高动物生产性能、屠宰性能,改善抗氧化功能和畜禽产品品质。为在饲料生产中合理应用桑叶,文章对桑叶的饲用价值、饲料化利用方式进行论述,并探讨其在动物生产中的应用效果,从而为桑叶的高效合理利用提供参考。
Mulberry leaves are rich in nutrients and contain flavonoids,alkaloids,polysaccharides and other natural active ingredients.Its application in animal production can improve production performance,slaughter performance,antioxidant function and animal product quality.In order to apply mulberry leaf reasonably in feed production,the paper discussed the feeding value and feed utilization of mulberry leaf,and discussed its application effect in animal production,so as to provide a reference for efficient and reasonable utilization of mulberry leaf.
