摘要
目的探究术前强化心理护理对冠脉造影术中并发症的影响。方法选择2018年12月—2019年5月期间100例接受冠脉造影术检查患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组、试验组各50例,前者实施常规心理护理,后者实施术前强化心理护理。比较2组护理前后情绪状态及术中并发症发生率。结果护理后试验组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);试验组术中并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在冠脉造影术前实施强化心理护理干预,可改善患者情绪状态,降低术中并发症发生率,效果理想。
Objective To explore the effect of preoperative intensive psychological nursing on the complications of coronary angiography.Methods From December 2018 to May 2019,100 patients who received coronary angiitis examination were selected as the subjects of the study,randomly divided into control groups,trial groups,each 50 cases,the former to implement routine psychological care,the latter to implement intensive psychological care before and after surgery,comparing the emotional state before and after the two groups of care and the incidence of complications during surgery.Results After nursing,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of intraoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of intensive psychological nursing intervention before coronary angiography can improve the emotional state of patients,reduce the incidence of intraoperative complications,and the effect is ideal.
