摘要
目的:探索药品ABC分类法应用于一体化管理的村卫生室药品库存,从而提高药品管理效率。方法:采取药品管理ABC分类法,分别设定各类药品最大库存量天数和最小库存量天数,从而确定药品计划采购推荐量,以此来明确药品补充的时机与数量。结果:经过药品ABC分类法管理后,村卫生室药品平均库存量显著降低,月周转率显著升高。结论:ABC分类法干预一体化管理村卫生室能有效降低药品平均库存金额,提高药品周转率,从而节约药品管理成本,提升药品管理效率。
OBJECTIVE To explore the application of ABC classification method in village clinics with integrated management, so as to improve the efficiency of drug inventory management in village clinics. METHODS The ABC classification method of drug management is adopted to set the maximum stock days and minimum stock days of all kinds of drugs and calculate the recommended quantity of planned purchase of drugs, so as to clarify the timing and quantity of drug replenishment. RESULTS After the ABC classification of drug management, the drug inventory in village clinics decreases significantly and the turnover times increase significantly. CONCLUSION ABC classification can effectively reduce the drug inventory and improve the drug turnover times, so as to improve the efficiency of drug management.
