摘要
在中国特色社会主义新时期背景下,我国在社会、经济、教育、科学技术等方面不断进步。国家和社会各界对高校的办学模式和人才培养质量、规模等都提出了更高的要求。地方应用型本科院校中的体育教育专业具有它的独特性与优势,同时面临着毕业生就业面窄,就业方向单一,传统教学模式不适应应用型人才培养的需求等问题。针对上述问题,提出建立"校企协同育人"的体育教育专业1+X人才培养模式,旨在进一步扩大体育教育专业人才就业面,提高就业率。
Under the background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, China has made continuous progress in social, economic, educational, scientific and technological aspects. The country and all walks of life have put forward higher requirements on the school-running mode and the quality and scale of talent training in colleges and universities. The sports education major in local application-oriented colleges and universities has its uniqueness and advantages. At the same time, it faces the problems of narrow employment scope of graduates, single employment direction, traditional teaching models not meeting the needs of application-oriented talent training, etc. In response to the above problems, the article proposes to establish a school-enterprise collaborative 1+X talent training model for the sports education major, aiming to further expand the employment scope of sports education professionals and increase the employment rate.
