协作式见习带教在耳鼻喉科门诊护理带教中的应用价值分析

摘要 目的分析协作式见习带教在耳鼻喉科门诊护理带教中的应用价值。方法择取该院耳鼻喉科门诊在2018年12月—2019年12月接收的94名见习护生作为研究对象,按照盲选法来对其进行分组。其中,运用传统带教方式带教的47名护生为对照组,运用协作式见习带教方式带教的47名护生为观察组。对两组实习护生的理论知识、操作技能、服务意识与沟通能力等来进行综合素质评估,同时就护生对护理带教形式满意度进行评价。结果观察组实习护生的理论知识、操作技能、服务意识与沟通能力等评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护生对护理带教满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉科门诊进行护理带教时,选用协作式见习带教方案,其能够有效地提高护生的综合素养,使之实践能力增强,同时,还能够优化护生对护理带教方案的满意度,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the application value of collaborative training in otolaryngology outpatient nursing teaching.Methods 94 trainee nursing students from the ENT clinic of the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects and grouped according to the blind selection method.Among them,47 nursing students who used the traditional teaching method nursing teaching were control group,and 47 nursing students who used the collaborative training method were observation group.The theoretical knowledge,operational skills,service awareness and communication ability of the two groups of interns were evaluated for comprehensive quality,and at the same time,the satisfaction of the nursing students with the form of nursing education was evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical knowledge,operational skills,service awareness and communication ability of the nursing students in the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing students in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with nursing teaching than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When conducting nursing teaching in the outpatient department of otolaryngology,the cooperative training program can be used to effectively improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students and enhance their practical ability.At the same time,it can also optimize the nursing teaching program of nursing students'satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
