摘要
目的充分探讨和研究医护人员目前的心理健康现状以及对音乐治疗认知情况与需求,为医护人员心理健康制定音乐心理照顾有效方案提供数据支持和方向。方法以医护人员为调查研究对象,采取问卷调查的方法。2021年1月通过微信平台发放和回收调查问卷,随机对全国各地医务人员进行调查,共收回300份问卷,剔除无效问卷18份后,有效问卷共282份,有效回收率为94.00%。结果本次被调查的医护人员共282名,年龄范围为20~70岁,其中20~40岁占总人数的76.24%。女性200名,占总人数的70.92%,男性82名,占29.08%;经过非参数检验后发现,医护人员在睡眠、对音乐治疗认知准确性、音乐选择、需求取向等方面,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论本文提出在国家、行政、教育、科普宣传层面的音乐治疗相关思考与对策,建立适合于医护人员心理健康的科学有效干预模式,促进现代医疗服务事业的发展。
Objective To fully explore and research the present mental health situation of medical staff and their cognition of and demand for musical therapy,and to provide data support and direction for formulating an effective plan of musical psychological care for medical staff's mental health.Methods Medical staff were taken as the research objects,and were surveyed by questionnaire.The questionnaires were issued and collected through WeChat platform around our nation in January,2021.Three hundred questionnaires were recovered,and 18 ineffective ones were excluded,with an effective recovery rate of 94.00%(282/300).Results Two hundred and eighty-two medical staff were investigated.They were 20-70 years old;and 76.24%were 20-40 years old.There were 200 females,accounting for 70.92%,and 82 males,accounting for 29.08%.Nonparametric test showed that the medical staff had statistical differences in sleep,accurate cognition of musical therapy,choice of music,demand orientation,etc.(all P<0.05).Conclusion The relevant thoughts and countermeasures of musical therapy on the national,administrative,educational,and science popularization levels are put forward and a scientific and effective intervention model suitable for medical staff's mental health is established to promote the development of modern medical service.
