摘要
目的:研究民间组方金刚藤与小果倒地铃合剂对小鼠高血糖模型的治疗作用,为进一步的实验研究开发提供相关科学依据。方法:高脂高糖饲料饲喂结合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)制作KM小鼠Ⅱ型糖尿病模型,将成模的小鼠分成空白对照组、合剂对照组、模型组、二甲双胍(250mg/kg)组及金刚藤小果倒地铃合剂3组(剂量为6.75、13.5、27g/kg),检测不同实验阶段小鼠的空腹血糖、血清胰岛素含量,研究合剂对小鼠2型糖尿病模型血糖及血清胰岛素的影响。结果:成模小鼠有"三多一少"表现,同时空腹血糖升高、胰岛素含量下降;治疗试验表明合剂的3个剂量组均有降血糖作用,其中13.5g/kg剂量组连续灌胃14d后,降血糖作用明显且能显著提高成模小鼠血清胰岛素含量。结论:金刚藤小果倒地铃合剂通过降低成模小鼠血糖含量、升高血清胰岛素含量而对Ⅱ型糖尿病动物模型具有治疗作用效果。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Jinggangteng Xiaoguo Pour Down Ground Ling Mixture on hyperglycemia in mice, and to provide scientific basis for further research and development. Methods: High fat and sugar chain of feed feeding combined with intraperitoneal injection of urea with cephalosporins(STZ) production Ⅱ diabetes model of KM mice were divided into blank controlled group, mixture controlled group, model group, metformin group(250 mg/kg) and Jinggangteng Small Fruit Pour Down Ground Ling Mixture 3 groups(dose was 6.75, 13.5, 27 g/kg), the detection of different experimental mice fasting blood glucose, serum insulin levels, the mixture in mice Ⅱ diabetes model the influence of blood sugar and serum insulin. Results: The mice showed "three more and one less", and the fasting blood glucose was increased and the insulin content was decreased. The treatment test showed that all the three dose groups of the mixture had a hypoglycemic effect, among which the 13.5 g/kg dose group had a significant hypoglycemic effect and significantly increased the serum insulin content of the model mice after continuous gavage for 14 days. Conclusion: Jinggangteng Small Fruit Pour Down Ground Ling Mixture by lowering moulded mice blood sugar content and increase serum insulin levels and has therapeutic effect on Ⅱ diabetes animal model.
