摘要
专业教学标准是校企两个主体组织教学和培训活动的基本依据,是现代学徒制试点工作微观层面的一个基本文件。从试点经验来看,现代学徒制专业教学标准开发需要遵循整体上的目的性、主体上的协同性、内容上的适应性、结构上的实用性、过程上的动态性和使用上的灵活性等基本原则,实现指导人才培养单位规范教育教学活动、协同职业院校与企业教学活动步调一致、诊断人才培养单位教学质量问题、固化职业教育改革成果等功能。专业教学标准功能的完善有赖于行业性专业评价组织的成熟。
Professional teaching standards are the basis for the two main bodies of school and enterprise to organize teaching and training activities.It is a basic document at the micro level of the modern apprenticeship pilot work.Judging from the pilot experience,the development of modern apprenticeship professional teaching standards needs to follow the overall purpose,the coordination of the subject,the adaptability of the content,the practicality of the structure,the dynamics of the process,and the flexibility of use.Basic principles such as guiding talent training units to standardize education and teaching activities,coordinating vocational colleges and corporate teaching activities in step,diagnosing teaching quality problems in talent training units,and solidifying the results of vocational education reform.The perfection of professional teaching standard functions depends on the maturity of industry-based professional evaluation organizations.
