摘要 综述了先进的螺栓结构连接监测技术,介绍了振动信号检测技术、声弹性效应技术、压电效应检测技术、光纤传感技术和基于材料及结构特征检测方法等的风机连接螺栓在线监测技术的研究进展,分析了这些技术的特点及其在风机螺栓松动监测中的适用性。 Advanced bolt structure connection monitoring technology was reviewed. Various technologies including vibration signal detection, acoustic elastic effect, piezoelectric effect detection and optical fiber sensing were introduced. In addition, online monitoring technology of fan connection bolts based on material and structural feature detection methods was also introduced. Progresses of the above-mentioned technologies and their technical characteristics and applicability in monitoring of fan bolts looseness were outlined in the paper.
