摘要
以山东省某教学楼施工项目为依托,将施工进度和施工成本模块融入BIM建筑信息模型中,实现了该项目施工阶段的动态成本控制分析。在对项目成本管理内容剖析的基础上,开展了基于BIM成本管理的信息需求分析、建模分析和动态控制分析。研究发现:该工程施工阶段内最高成本偏差出现在1~3月份(施工初始),实际支出成本比预算成本平均高8%;通过5D-BIM项目成本模型进行动态分析和纠偏后,4月份开始偏差率在1%以内,完工率保持在95%以上,项目完工进度和成本控制逐渐接近于计划值。本文采用的5D-BIM建筑工程项目成本管控模型对于建筑施工成本控制具有一定参考和借鉴。
Based on the construction project of a teaching building in Shandong Province,the construction schedule and construction cost modules are integrated into the BIM building information model to realize the dynamic cost control analysis in the construction stage of the project.On the basis of the analysis of the project cost management content,the information demand analysis,modeling analysis and dynamic control analysis based on BIM cost management are carried out.The results show that the highest cost deviation occurs from January to March(the initial construction period),and the actual cost is 8%higher than the budgeted cost on average.After the dynamic analysis and deviation correction by the 5 D-BIM project cost model,the deviation rate was less than 1%from April,and the completion rate remained above 95%.The project completion schedule and cost control gradually approached the planned value.The 5 D-BIM construction project cost control model adopted in this paper has certain reference and reference for construction cost control.
