摘要
为了解盘锦稻区灌溉水质污染情况,对该地区两个主要引水与排水干渠进行灌溉水质监测。2019年与2020年,在水稻4个主要生育期内,分别对新开引水总干与平安排水总干进行水样提取,利用稀释与接种法、重铬酸盐法、重量法、硝酸银滴定法、亚甲基蓝分光光度法、玻璃电极法对样品中的7个生化指标进行检测。参照国标《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB5084-2005)执行。结果表明:2019年与2020年水稻全生长期灌溉水均有污染物质存在。因此,盘锦地区灌溉水质治理仍需进一步加强。
In order to understand the pollution of irrigation water quality in Panjin rice area,the irrigation water quality was monitored in two water main canal and arterial drainage.In 2019 and 2020,water samples were extracted from Xinkai water main canal and Ping'an arterial drainage,respectively,and seven biochemical indexes were detected by dilution and inoculation method,dichromate method,gravimetric method,silver nitrate titration method,methylene blue spectrophotometry and glass electrode method in four main growth periods of rice.Referring to the national standard"farmland irrigation water quality standard"(GB5084-2005)implementation.The results showed that there were pollution substances in the irrigation water during the whole growing period of rice in 2019 and 2020.Therefore,the management of irrigation water quality in Panjin area still needs to be further strengthened.
