摘要
利用对氨基苯硫酚的偶氮化反应结合表面增强拉曼光谱和显色法对亚硝酸根离子进行检测,确定重氮偶联反应的最佳反应工艺,分析其他离子对检测结果的干扰性.通过溶液体系的颜色变化可以判断盐酸萘乙二胺、4-氨基苯硫酚和亚硝酸根离子在酸性条件下的偶氮反应,利用紫外吸收峰的变化检测亚硝酸根离子浓度.此外,当利用金纳米棒为增强基底检测偶氮染料时,拉曼光谱发生了显著变化.特征峰1279 cm^(-1)处的谱峰强度与亚硝酸根离子的浓度成线性关系,检测限为250μmol·L^(-1),检测范围为0.25~1.00 mmol·L^(-1).因此可利用比色法和表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)两种模式对亚硝酸根离子进行检测.对以上检测模式进行研究,确定反应的最佳条件是反应时间为40 s,该方法抗干扰能力强,对亚硝酸根离子有良好的选择性.
Based on the azo reaction binding of 4-aminothiophene,nitrite ions were detected by surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)and colorimetric method.The optimum reaction time of diazo coupling reaction and the interference of other ions to the experiment were investigated.Through the reaction of naphthalene ethylenediamine hydrochloride with azo of 4-aminothiophene and nitrite ions under acidic conditions,the color change was observed directly from the naked eye.The change of ultraviolet absorption peak was used to detect the nitrite ions of different concentrations.The Raman spectra of the azo dyes were detected by using gold nanorods as the enhanced substrate.It was found that the intensity of the characteristic peak at 1279 cm^(-1)was linearly related to the concentration of nitrite ions.The detection limit was 250μmol·L^(-1)and the detection range was 0.25~1.00 mmol·L^(-1).
