摘要
目的分析多层螺旋CT肺癌灌注成像参数与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的关系。方法选取2017年1月至2019年8月我院收治的64例非小细胞肺癌患者,均行多层螺旋CT肺癌灌注成像检查,同时检测VEGF和PCNA的表达水平,观察肺癌灌注参数与肺癌分化程度、VEGF、PCNA表达之间的关系。结果周围型肺癌分化程度与VECF和PCNA表达呈明显正相关(P<0.05);肺癌分化程度与血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)呈负相关(P<0.05);PCNA与BF、BV呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论VEGF和PCNA对肿瘤的增殖以及新生血管有显著的调控作用,且与灌注成像参数间存在显著的相关性,对肺癌的诊断以及恶性程度的判断具有重要意义。
Objective To study the relationship between perfusion imaging parameters of multi-slice spiral CT lung cancer and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA).Methods A total of 64 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected for lung cancer perfusion imaging with multi-slice spiral CT.The expression levels of VEGF and PCNA were detected simultaneously.The relationship between lung cancer perfusion parameters and lung cancer differentiation,VEGF and PCNA expression was observed.Results The degree of differentiation of peripheral lung cancer was positively correlated with the expression of VEGF and PCNA(P<0.05).The degree of lung cancer differentiation was negatively correlated with blood flow(BF)and blood volume(BV)(P<0.05).PCNA and BF,BV was negatively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF and PCNA have significant regulatory effects on tumor proliferation and neovascularization,and have significant correlation with perfusion imaging parameters.It is of great significance for the diagnosis of lung cancer and the judgment of malignant degree.
