摘要
采用高温升华工艺对NiCl_(2)材料进行处理,表征测试结果表明,处理得到的NiCl_(2)正极材料具有更好的结构。实验表明在850℃升华下得到的NiCl_(2)升华粉作为热电池正极材料时,单体电池的放电性能最佳。由于NiCl_(2)材料导电性能较差,针对这一特征,对金属和非金属导电剂的添加进行了研究,同时也进一步对混合导电剂的改性进行研究,发现添加复配比例m(石墨烯)∶m(镍粉)为3∶7的混合导电剂的单体电池放电性能最优,初始放电电压为2.43 V,截止1.0 V的比容量为279.5 mAh/g。
The high temperature sublimation process was used to treat the nickel chloride material.The characterization test results show that the NiCl_(2)positive electrode material obtained has better structure.The results show that NiCl_(2)sublimation powder obtained at 850℃has the best performance as the cathode material of the thermal battery.Because NiCl_(2)material conductive performance was poorer,based on this feature,the conductive agents of metallic and non-metallic were studied,and the modification of blending conductive agent was studied.It is found that the monomer battery with a mixture ratio of m(graphene)and m(nickel powder)of 3∶7 has the best discharge performance,the initial discharge voltage is 2.43 V,and the specific capacity up to 1.0 V is 279.5 mAh/g.
