整车Change of Mind耐久试验的实现

摘要 为了减少燃油消耗,降低尾气排放,启停技术应势而生。特别适用于交通拥堵的城市路况。启停起动机作为现代汽车启动系统的重要组成部分,其可靠性、耐久性影响行驶过程中的车辆安全。针对当前汽车启动系统用起动机越来越严格的试验要求,给出了以单片机为控制单元的整车Change of Mind耐久试验方案。该实验能满足整车Change of Mind耐久试验要求,模拟交通拥堵的实车工况,为产品提供可靠的试验数据,提高长寿命起动机产品品质和竞争力。 In order to reduce fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions,S/S technology has emerged.Especially suitable for traffic congested urban road conditions.The start-stop starter is an important part of the modern automobile starting system,and its reliability and durability affect the safety of the vehicle during driving.In response to the increasingly stringent test requirements of the current starter for automobile starting systems,a vehicle Change of Mind endurance test program with a MCU as the control unit is given.The test can meet the requirements of the change of mind endurance test of the vehicle,simulate the actual vehicle conditions of traffic congestion,provide reliable test data for the product,and improve the quality and competitiveness of the long-life starter.
