摘要
简述了近年来Lyocell纤维在降低原纤化方面的举措,并分析了原纤化的产生机理、产生条件及对原纤化现象的利用及控制。同时分别从浆粕预处理、干喷湿法纺丝工艺、纺丝工艺参数组合和纤维后处理四个角度概述了Lyocell纤维在降低原纤化方面的研究现状,分析了不同处理方法在降低纤维原纤化方面的特点,并着重概括了纺丝工艺及纺丝工艺参数组合等物理变化在降低纤维原纤化方面的影响。为低原纤化Lyocell纤维的工业化生产提供更好理论指导,同时为Lyocell纤维应用领域的开发和拓展奠定基础。
The measures taken by Lyocell fiber in reducing fibrillation were briefly describe in recent years.The mechanism of fibrillation production conditions and the utilization and control of fibrillation phenomenon were analyzed.At the same time,the research status of Lyocell fiber in reducing fibrillation is respectively summarized from four aspects of pulp pretreatment,dry jet wet spinning process,spinning process parametercombination and fiber post-treatment.And emphatically summarized the influence of physical changes such as spinning process and spinning process parameter combination on reducing fiber fibrillation.providing better theoretical guidance for the industrial production of low-fibrillation Lyocell fiber,and laying a foundation for the development and expansion of Lyocell fiber application fields.
