摘要
随着中国经济的高速发展,中国农资市场化步伐加快,行业竞争日益加剧,市场监管面临压力,传统的经销商经营模式已难以满足农资行业的发展要求。以福建省漳州市平和县蜜柚产业为例,介绍了果农在蜜柚种植中存在的困难,阐述了通过土地托管,实现农资经销商、果农、上游农资生产企业三方共同合作的农资销售新模式,并就新模式中田间合同的拟定、田间生产管理、产品销售、资金统筹、联系上游农资生产企业支撑等提出建议。通过打造农商一体化的模式,做大蜜柚种植产业,实现合作共赢。
With the rapid development of China′s economy, the accelerated marketization of agricultural materials and the intensified industry competition has put market supervision under pressure. The traditional dealership business mode can no longer meet the development requirements of the agricultural materials industry. Taking the honey pomelo industry in Pinghe County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province as an example, the difficulties that fruit growers have during the planting process are introduced. Through land trusteeship, a new mode of agricultural materials sales of tripartite cooperation among agricultural materials dealers, fruit growers, and upstream agricultural materials production enterprises is realized. Further more, suggestions are proposed about the formulation of field contracts, field production management, product sales, fund coordination, and contact with upstream agricultural materials production companies for support, etc. By creating an integrated mode of agriculture and business, the goal of expanding the honey pomelo planting industry and win-win cooperation will be achieved.
