摘要
目的对比分析视频脑电图(VEEG)与常规脑电图(REEG)在癫痫诊断中的效果差异。方法选择2018年1月—2020年1月该院收治的72例疑似癫痫患者作为研究对象。并以数字表法将其均等划分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施REEG诊断,观察组实施VEEG诊断,对两组非特异性异常率、癫痫样放电检出率、总异常率、临床发作检出率以及诊断准确率进行对比。结果观察组的非特异性异常率、癫痫样放电检出率、总异常率、临床发作检出率以及诊断准确率分别为19.44%、61.11%、80.56%、55.56%、83.33%,对照组的非特异性异常率、癫痫样放电检出率、总异常率、临床发作检出率以及诊断准确率分别为16.67%、33.33%、50.00%、19.44%、47.22%,观察组的癫痫样放电检出率、总异常率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在非特异性异常率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的临床发作检出率以及诊断准确率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.015、10.356,P<0.05)。结论在癫痫诊断中采用VEEG进行诊断,能够提升诊断的准确率,具有较高的特异度和敏感度,可在临床诊断中推广应用。
Objective To compare and analyze the difference between video electroencephalogram(VEEG)and conventional electroencephalogram(REEG)in the diagnosis of epilepsy.Methods 72 patients with suspected epilepsy admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were equally divided into control group and observation group by the digital table method.The control group was diagnosed with REEG,and the observation group was diagnosed with VEEG.The non-specific abnormality rate,epileptiform discharge detection rate,total abnormal rate,and clinical seizure detection rate and the diagnosis accuracy rate were compared.Results The non-specific abnormality rate,epileptiform discharge detection rate,total abnormality rate,clinical seizure detection rate,and diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group were 19.44%,61.11%,80.56%,55.56%and 83.33%,respectively.The non-specific abnormality rate,the detection rate of epileptiform discharges,total abnormality rate,clinical seizure detection rate,and diagnostic accuracy rate of the control group were 16.67%,33.33%,50.00%,19.44%,and 47.22%,respectively.The detection rate of epileptiform discharges and total abnormality rate in the observation group were high er than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the non-specific abnormality rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the clinical observation of the observation group of the seizure detection rate and diagnostic accuracy rate were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.015,10.356,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of VEEG in the diagnosis of epilepsy can improve the accuracy of diagnosis,has high specificity and sensitivity,and can be popularized and applied in clinical diagnosis.
