摘要
目的探究多发肋骨骨折小切口内固定治疗方法的临床应用效果。方法选择该院2018年1月—2019年12月期间收治的多发肋骨骨折患者62例为研究对象,根据单盲分组法进行1:1比例分组,组别为对照组和研究组,对照组予以患者常规内固定治疗方式,研究组予以患者胸腔镜辅助小切口内固定治疗方式,对两组患者的手术时间、切口长度、住院时间、独立下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间、镇痛药物使用时间以及并发症发生情况进行对比。结果研究组手术时间、切口长度、住院时间、独立下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间、镇痛药物使用时间分别为(72.53±12.61)min、(5.26±1.55)cm、(14.73±1.06)d、(6.27±1.22)d、(29.34±2.56)d、(4.15±1.04)d,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.820、6.265、12.139、5.868、6.496、3.802,P<0.05)。结论多发性肋骨骨折患者应用胸腔镜辅助小切口内固定治疗方式,可促进患者骨折愈合,减少镇痛药物的使用,并可以提高患者独立下床活动时间,降低患者并发症发生率,更具安全性,局临床应用价值显著。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of multiple rib fractures with small incision internal fixation.Methods The 62 patients with multiple rib fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The groups were grouped in a 1:1 ratio according to the single-blind grouping method,and the groups were the control group and the study group;in the control group,patients were treated with conventional internal fixation,and the study group was treated with thoracoscopy-assisted small incision internal fixation.The operation time,incision length,hospital stay,independent getting out of bed time,fracture healing time,the duration of pain medication use and the occurrence of complications were compared.Results The operation time,incision length,hospitalization time,independent getting out of bed,fracture healing time,and analgesic use time in the study group were(72.53±12.61)min,(5.26±1.55)cm,(14.73±1.06)days,(6.27±1.22)d,(29.34±2.56)d and(4.15±1.04)d,statistically significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.820,6.265,12.139,5.868,6.496,3.802,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of thoracoscopy-assisted small incision internal fixation in patients with multiple rib fractures can promote fracture healing,reduce the use of analgesics,and can increase the time for patients to get out of bed independently and reduce the incidence of complications,with safety,the clinical application value of the bureau is significant.
