摘要
目的:探讨规范化治疗老年人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月北京市丰台区南苑医院收治的120例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用规范化治疗。观察并记录患者在治疗前以及治疗1个月后血糖相关指标及患者对治疗的满意度评价。结果:观察组经过规范治疗1个月后血糖相关指标和呼吸暂停低通气指数均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时显著提高患者的满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范治疗老年人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并2型糖尿病的疗效显著,明显改善血糖相关指标以及提高患者满意度,值得临床推广和借鉴。
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)with type 2 diabetes in the elderly.Methods:A total of 120 patients admitted to Nanyuan Hospital,Fengtai District,Beijing from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Conventional treatment was used in the control group and standardized treatment was used in the observation group.Blood glucose related indexes before treatment and 1 month after treatment were observed and recorded,and patients′satisfaction with treatment was evaluated.Results:After 1 month of standardized treatment,blood glucose related indexes,and apnea hypopnea index were significantly improved in the observation group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Meanwhile,patients′satisfaction was significantly improved with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized treatment of the elderly patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome complicated with type 2 diabetes has a significant effect,significantly improve blood glucose related indicators and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
